A message dated April 20 was received stating the Governor read the                                                             
following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                             
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 25                                                                                              
     Encouraging the President of the United States, the United States                                                          
     Congress, and the Governor of the state to assist the National Park
